Someone once said, the only thing permanent in life is change. Change is one of the true constants in life. Things change around us every day, and we don’t always welcome it when they do. This month, I need to share with you all a change that has happened within Fishbowl.
Due to some health concerns, I have resigned from my role as President of Fishbowl Ministries. I will still maintain my role as a staff member, continuing to meet with pastors, to host groups, to participate in Music City Fathers, and to make new connections with local area pastors. However, the administrative side of Fishbowl, and the extra duties involved in leading this wonderful organization will be passed to new leadership.
This change is not something I thought would happen this soon, and I confess that it has been a difficult one at times. But, the Lord continues to be faithful - to me and to Fishbowl Ministries.
I am so thankful for all of you, and your continued support of this ministry. The needs remain great. Pastors need a safe place to share their burdens and receive encouragement and support now more than ever.
Ecclesiastes 3:3 tells us that “there is a time for everything, and a season for everything under the heavens.” I pray that you will take comfort in those words, just as I have.
